The M5300 is an ultra-wide hybrid printer independently developed by JHF, allowing seamless switching between rigid and flexible media. It is widely applicable to a variety of media to realize the output of multi scene printing solutions. M5300 is equipped with industrial heads to achieve high-speed output while bringing excellent printing accuracy and outstanding color expression. Wide format 5m and multi-rolls printing kit can e­ectively improves production efficiency and easily cope with various application scenarios, all in one design to save the cost. The front and rear double roll loading and taking up system makes it easier to load materials and make the working process simpler and more efficient. Its electronic negative pressure system with towline solution can effectively avoid motion faults, achieve high-precision control, and have better stability.

Flexible Production Mode & Multi-Roll Simultaneous Printing

Supports simultaneous printing of three 1.5-meter wide rolls. The edge detection system accurately identifies the boundaries and width of multiple rolls, maximizing production efficiency.

Intelligent multi-function carriage control

Anti-collision system avoids the damage of the heads due to accidental factors. Electrostatic rod effectively remove the static electricity on the surface of the material and improve the printing quality of the product.

 

Ultra stable performance

Metal grating + linear motor to ensure high-speed and stable operation of carriage; double guide rail + towline solution to ensure the stability of long-term operation.

Stable adsorption

The platform adopts constant pressure control technology to ensure stable adsorption of materials and printing accuracy.

 

Intelligent ink supply system

Stable sub ink tank temperature control system to ensure consistent ink properties in different environments. The whole machine adopts high-precision filter to ensure the quality of ink supply. A complete ink system is a powerful driving force to achieve stable and lasting output.

Color management software

RIP software Caldera or PrintFactory adopted to support many mainstream applications, with simple and convenient operation interface.
