    HYLITE® Aluminum Composite Panels

    Το HYLITE® είναι ένα σύνθετο πάνελ αλουμινίου με πυρήνα από πολυπροπυλένιο και εξωτερικά επικαλύπτεται από αλουμίνιο. Δύο πολύ βασικά συστήματα στον πυρήνα του που προσφέρουν μεγάλη ποικιλία για πολλές διαφορετικές εφαρμογές.

    Το HYLITE®, το λεπτότερο σύνθετο πάνελ στον κόσμο με πάχος 1,2 mm και 2 mm, προσφέρει ένα άλλο ειδικό χαρακτηριστικό: το υλικό που διαθέτει ο πυρήνας του πάνελ μπορεί να παρέχει λειτουργία μεντεσέ, η οποία αντέχει σε επαναλαμβανόμενη κάμψη χωρίς ζημιά. Αυτή η λειτουργία επιτυγχάνεται με τη δημιουργία  αυλακώσεων στο ίδιο σημείο και στα δύο εξωτερικά φύλλα αλουμινίου. Η δοκιμή RWTÜV έδειξε ότι η εφαρμογή μεντεσέδων δεν επηρεάζεται ακόμη και μετά από 80.000 επαναλαμβανόμενες κάμψεις.

    Το υλικό πυρήνα για πάχος 3 mm και 4 mm είναι με αφρώδες υλικό. Το αποτέλεσμα είναι ένα εξαιρετικά ελαφρύ σύνθετο πάνελ αλουμινίου. Το HYLITE® σε πάχος 3 mm και 4 mm είναι έως και 80% ελαφρύτερο από τα συμβατικά φύλλα χάλυβα ή έως και 30% ελαφρύτερο από τα φύλλα αλουμινίου, αλλά παρέχει την ίδια ακαμψία. Η υψηλή αντοχή στη θερμότητα είναι ένα επιπλέον πλεονέκτημα, όπως και ιδανική λύση για απευθείας εκτύπωση. Αυτό εξασφαλίζεται από τις ταινίες αλουμινίου υψηλής ποιότητας που εισάγονται κατά την παραγωγή.
